DOWNLOAD USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to download the materials on Deep Discipleship’s website for non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Make any materials downloaded from the site public domain
• Redistribute resources in any way
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

If you choose to purchase any Deep Discipleship System, you are agreeing to sign up for a subscription service. This status will be stored on your profile, along with a transaction number associated with the payment. Subscriptions are only available for purchase directly from Deep Discipleship. No subscription purchased from a Third Party will be honored unless agreed to by Deep Discipleship.

SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE RENEWAL

When purchased on behalf of a church/organization, the Deep Discipleship System license will belong to the church/organization. If the original buyer should leave the church/organization, the license will be retained by the church/organization. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel before the end of the subscription period. In signing up for a Deep Discipleship System, you agree to receive emails, updates, and communication. You can opt-out of these communications whenever you’d prefer. Deep Discipleship has the right to refuse service of the Deep Discipleship System to anyone it chooses.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION

If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time, you will retain access to subscriber benefits through the end of your subscription period. The Agreements will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or Deep Discipleship. Deep Discipleship may terminate the Agreements or suspend your access to the Deep Discipleship System at any time, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use of the Content, or non-compliance with the Agreements. If you or Deep Discipleship terminate the Agreements, or if Deep Discipleship suspends your access to the Deep Discipleship System, you agree that Deep Discipleship shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and Deep Discipleship will not refund any amounts that you have already paid, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. This section will be enforced to the extent permissible by applicable law. You may terminate the Agreements at any time.

TWO FREE ADULTS ON TRIPS

(APPLIES TO DEEP DISCIPLESHIP STUDENT–PREMIUM ACTIVE SUBSCRIBERS)
A Deep Discipleship Student Premium subscriber’s church/organization will be eligible to receive up to two free adult participants on any one contracted LeaderTreks Youth Ministry trip during each annual subscription period. The discount of up to two free adults will only be applied if the trip has met its minimum number of paying participants. After this point, the rate of up to two free adults will be discounted from the overall cost of the trip. The Deep Discipleship Subscription must be active at the time of contracting the trip. Multiple Deep Discipleship Subscribers cannot combine this benefit for the same church/organization. This benefit is non-transferrable and will be applied at the discretion of Deep Discipleship. The maximum allowed discount per person will be no greater than $600 (US). The maximum allowed total discount will be no greater than $1,200 (US).

Deep Discipleship may revise these Terms and Conditions of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Website Terms and Conditions of Use.
